Joshua S. Davidson's path to becoming a DUI defense attorney began when he graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. After receiving his degree, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.

After finishing law school, he returned to Arizona where he worked as a prosecutor for five years. Responsible for criminal offenses such as drug possession, possession for sale, drug transportation and drug importation, he has the experience and familiarity with the Arizona criminal justice system that your case needs.

Joshua S. Davidson spent most of his time in the Major Crimes Division of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
